Lyme Congregational Church is opening their choir for Easter and a special portion of Messiah: here are the details! It's a great opportunity to work with Jane Woods, a wonderful conductor, and sing with organ and trumpet and tympani! What could be more festive on Easter morning?
All singers are invited to join the Lyme Congregational Church (LCC) choir for special Messiah music during our Easter service on Sunday, April 21st at 10:30.
Rehearsals will be held at LCC on:
Palm Sunday, April 14th: 12:15-1:45pm
Tuesday, April 16th: 6:30-8pm
Easter Sunday, April 21st: 9:15am (Service begins at 10:30am)
We had such a wonderful community choir join us for our Christmas Eve service, which featured two movements of the Messiah--40 singers! So, we are again inviting singers to join us for Handel's Worthy is the Lamb (plus a fun gospel piece, Praise His Holy Name!).
The choir will be led by conductor Jane Woods, with trumpeter Mike Conerty, David Perlman on percussion/timpani, and Alison playing the organ.
If interested, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or 802.436.6572
I will respond to each singer to confirm that I received your message.
Hope to see you there!
