Description
4 weeks — you are welcome at either or both sessions in each of the four weeks. We sing through a series of 6-8 songs that can support and nourish us, learning them more deeply each week. Think meditation with singing and maybe a dollop of laughter and tears. All voices are welcome; there will be ways for all singers to deepen their own practices through these songs.
