Explore Flow Singing with skilled guidance. We sing for presence and connection, not performance. We’ll celebrate generous inclusion, intent listening, and embodied sound. The songs are heart-medicine; they connect, they open, and follow an emotional arc over the course of the workshop. Sing with your comfortable voice -- complete beginners and experienced musicians can all drop into the music we'll make together. Participants will be able to hear their own voices in new ways, deepen presence and awareness, and experience flow.
